Our 2025 membership fees are as follows:

Full member (vote) includes Pony Rider, Junior and Adult categories – Once off rate R1950/Debit order rate R2250

Horse owners/Sponsors (vote) – Once off rate R1300/Debit order rate R1500

Out of province member (no vote) – Once off rate R1300/Debit order rate R1500

Recreational member (no vote) – Once off R750

Photographer member (no vote) – Once off R750

Once off new member joining fee – R500

Non-member temporary show fee per show – R400

RECREATIONAL/PHOTOGRAPHER MEMBERSHIP CANNOT BE DONE VIA DEBIT ORDER

Benefits:

1. You may compete in training shows at KPC. To compete in graded shows you need to be a full member
2. You may hack on the premises free of charge, as well as school your horse in any of the available (warm up arenas) practice paddocks whilst there is no show preparation happening or no show/event on the go.
3. The Peter Minnie (warm up) practice paddock, the Bob Charter (warm up) practice paddock, and the main dressage warm up arena are all competition spec synthetic surfaces.
4. When made available, you may book a show arena for training or jumping purposes. All the grass and all-weather arenas are offered to members at various and selected times that do not clash or interfere with preparation for upcoming events. No persons are allowed in the show arenas outside of the selected times that it has been made available for bookings.
5. KPC members are offered seating, meal bookings etc at our bigger events before these tickets go on the open market or at a discounted price.
6. KPC members will obtain a 10% discount from when dining at the Buckin’ Bob restaurant and a 5% discount from the various show day kiosks.
7. As a member you are eligible to own shares in this beautiful property. Please contact us for more information.
8. KPC is a non-profit organisation. This is the only club that runs shows which are not for private business. All profits go towards future improvements of facilities, which are for the enjoyment of members and customers. KPC continually strives to offer the best quality facilities.
9. Get phone-in gate access and enjoy use of a safe, controlled environment for riding, dog walking, running and cycling. All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
10. Get 10% discount when hiring the Clubhouse through SANEC
11. Socialise with other horse enthusiasts and form new friendships

1. You pay no daily membership fee to ride at shows on our fabulous premises – anyone who participates in 4 or more events at KPC has already covered this amount.
